Frequently asked questions
How does the pre-order process work?
When you place a pre-order:
• You reserve your pair with a deposit.
• Your boots are handcrafted after production begins.
• Once your boots are ready, we will notify you to pay the remaining balance before shipment.
This allows us to produce responsibly while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship.
Are Lemora boots handmade?
Yes. Every pair of Lemora Boot House boots is handcrafted in León, Mexico by skilled artisans using traditional bootmaking techniques. Because our boots are made in small batches, slight variations make each pair unique.
What is the calf circumference?
Calf circumference varies slightly by size to ensure a comfortable and proportionate fit. Our standard calf measurements are as follows:
Standard Calf Circumference
Size 6 / 6.5 – 14"
Size 7 / 7.5 – 14 ¼"
Size 8 / 8.5 – 14 ½"
Size 9 / 9.5 – 14 ¾"
Size 10 / 10.5 – 15"
Because each pair of Lemora Boot House boots is handcrafted, we are also able to offer an extended calf option for customers who need additional room. If you’re interested in extended calf measurements, please reach out to us at info@lemoraboothouse.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
When will I get my order?
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by shipping.
Because each pair is handmade, timelines may vary slightly. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
How tall are Lemora Boot House boots?
The boots in our first collection — The Whitney Boot, The Lauren Boot, The Houston Boot, and The Poppy Boot — all feature a 15-inch shaft height.
This height creates a classic tall western silhouette that sits just below the knee for most wearers, offering both elegance and a timeless western feel. As our collections grow, shaft heights may vary by style, and those measurements will always be listed on each product page.
